Post and Rail Fencing

The Classic Post and Rail is unique only to this area. The most popular choice of horse professionals. When installed properly, it is maintenance free with a life expectancy of 30 + yrs. Rails interlock through  the post so no nails are required.

Board Fencing

3 or 4 Board fencing with face board. Variety of posts can be used: 1/2 round , full round or 4 x 4 for a symmetrical square look.

No Climb Wire

4 ft. high 12 gauge woven wire with 1/2 round or 4×4 post is often used for perimeter fencing. Helps keep unwanted critters out, too!

Materials

Most materials are produced by General Timber, Inc, a locally owned and operated timber company. They use only select lumber for the highest quality fencing materials. Two types of treated lumber are available:  1) the “black,” or creosote pressure treatment, which is the most popular, and eliminates cribbing.  2) the “green,” or CCA treatment, which is a water based treatment process.
