Ed and I first noticed Bradley Charles’ work at the Carolina Horse Park and soon after asked him to do the fencing on our farm. We have enjoyed working with him over the past eight years as we develop our farm. His knowledge and expertise are unmatched and have been invaluable to us.
Bradley Charles is a consummate professional. Courteous, hard working, and a master of fencing that is strong, safe and that complements the surroundings. He and his crew are amazing workers, no matter the ground level or surroundings, his fence lines are straight and conform to the terrain, a true work of art. Even the shadows of the fence lines are straight! His work ethic is unbelievable, it doesn’t take him long to finish even a big job. He has every step of the fencing process down to a science. And when he is finished, the only sign that he has been there is the completed fencing, ready for horses to be turned out. We never worry about having to pick up nails or anything else (unlike with other contractors).
We have perimeter, pasture and ring fencing, all done by Brad and look forward to when we can call him for another fencing project.

Brad Charles has literally done miles of fencing for me. Both post and rail and wire. When I was President of the Carolina Horse Park, he fenced the Steeplechase track and the entire outer perimeter of the Park with board and wire. He has refenced my farm in Southern Pines with post and rail. Every inch of it is perfect. You can pick the Brad Charles fencing out from miles away because of its perfection. He does all this with lightning speed. I have always said, our farms are like a beautiful painting… Brad’s fencing is the frame that shows it off.
